Both Cash and Open bars are available.  Cash Bar allows guests to purchase their own drinks and the Open Bar provides services at the expense of the host.  Combinations of these services are allowed.

Banquet & Catering Guidelines
 

Menu Reservations & Guarantees:

    ¨ Menu selections must be made within a minimum of two weeks prior to your event.

    ¨ A minimum guarantee of guests must be submitted three days prior to the event.  Final billing will reflect a charge for the number of individuals served or half of the difference guaranteed.

    ¨ Due to Federal, State and local laws concerning food and beverage sales, no food or beverage prepared by the Chalet Landhaus Restaurant, which remains uneaten during the event, may be removed from the premises, unless special arrangements are made in advance with the Chef.

Taxes & Service Charges:

All food and beverage sales are subject to sales tax and a 15% service charge (unless the quoted price is described as "inclusive".)  Tax exempt groups must submit a copy of their tax exemption certificate prior to their function.
